We designed and implemented a citizen-centric digital services platform that unified access to government services through web and mobile channels, with a focus on simplicity and transparency.

The digital platform transformed the citizen experience with government. Business registration time dropped from 45 days to just 2 days. Citizen satisfaction scores improved from 23% to 78%. The platform now processes over 100,000 transactions daily with 99.9% availability.
